Healthy Self- Community Conversation

During this conversation we will share the work that HHI and Advocacy to Legacy are doing to increase access to quality health education to students in the City of Hartford. We will share the results of our data collection as well as recommendations to move this work forward. Attendees will have an opportunity to join our coalition to continue to educate decision makers on the benefits of health education to the health outcomes of our community.
